Giggles & Smiles

Giggles & Smiles is a supervised fitness and fun center for children ages 3 to 10. (Children under 3 years of age are welcome at a reduced rate with parental or guardian supervision.)With today's over-abundance of electronic entertainment children need exercise more than ever. Giggles & Smiles' many activities promote movement, which helps build strength, flexibility, balance and endurance,and helps to build each child's confidence.
